These computer programs may be included in this archive area 
for a number of reasons.

a) They are written by me and are of public use
a) They are potentially difficult to find
b) They are obsolete items or versions or for unusual concepts
c) They are located in 'single source' web page locations
   which may become unobtainable upon the disablement or
   death of the author or a company which goes out of business
d) They were located on a web site or domain which has
   been lost or become obsolete
e) Software components used may be unobtainable in countries other than 
   that of the original author and equivalent substitutions are researched
   and included

Wherever possible, an existing author or company has been contacted
and any changes have only been made if they provide no answer or no
improvement(s) in content or current/future distribution.
